$300 per night with 2-night minimum for up to four people
each additional person is $30 per night $200 per night if stay is 5 days or more for up to four people
$25 per night per each additional person above base rate
(should additional people stay the night that have not paid a $25 per night per person fee will be assessed)
$300 cleaning/damage deposit (Min cleaning $100)
difference of cleaning/damage costs refunded 15 days after stay
$100 pet fee (with pre-approval) NON REFUNDABLE

RESERVATIONS: Require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost at the time of booking to hold reservation. The BALANCE of the lodging cost + cleaning/damage deposit + pet deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival
CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT REFUND: The difference of the cleaning fee and any damages will be refunded 15 days after stay. Minimum cleaning fee of $!00.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requires 60-day written notice. The lodging deposit less a $50.00 handling fee will be mailed within 30 days.
Later Cancellations, up to 60 days prior to arrival, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus a $50.00 handling fee; unless, the cabin is relented. Cancellation after 30 days prior to arrival could result in loss of the total rental & cleaning deposit at the discression of the owner.
